Have you considered adding a built-in analytics dashboard that tracks which WhatsApp messages convert into actual orders. As a small business owner I would find it really useful to see response rates, popular products, and peak inquiry times without needing a separate tool.
Love that you can receive orders straight through WhatsApp — such a smart move for businesses whose customers already live there. Feels way more natural than forcing people through a checkout flow they do not trust yet.
