Congrats on the launch, and thanks for using Product Hunt! Out of curiosity, does Support Otter connect with other tools, or is it intended to be a standalone chabot? If it's supposed to be an add-on, what tools does it currently integrate with?

@ben_griese Thank you for your response! It is currently a standalone chatbot which uses your files as data! You may upload as many files as you may need that the chatbot will use as knowledge to reply to any customer's inquiries. Integrations may be something for the future, I have definitely thought of it and it could add less friction and make it easier to create a chatbot and get it running straight away without having to put files together!

@sebastian_rubina Got it! Yeah, having the ability to integrate your own model that are trained on your company into tools you already use (like Intercom, Salesforce, Sprout, etc.) could definitely be nice and save time. Other chatbots can be a pain with less...cute designs too 😅 🦦
