@koushik_marka2 Ha, the 11pm buyer. I think people want a human, and it drops off fast once they figure out it's a bot. But if they'd otherwise wait days for an answer, the bot wins. Something they can actually talk to at 11pm sits right in that gap.

Great product concept! Services like this are still barely used in Japan, so please offer it in Japanese too!

@koushik_marka2 @hisashispace 11 PM in Japan, that's usually when business is ramping up in North America. I feel the same being bsaed in Korea.

We actually launched our Supademo website in Japan in Japanese. I believe AI Demo Agents can be a great addition to SaaS businesses in Japan.

Hi Supademo team! I'm curious what safeguards you have in place to keep the bot from becoming a free AI chat bot, e.g. "help me with my computer science homework by showing me how to reverse a linked list" sort of things. Also, do you have way to collect end-user feedback from the session so the company that is using Supademo can make adjustments? You probably already have this. I've only seen the images of Supademo hosted here in Product Hunt.

Off-topic use: Each agent is scoped to the company's own content (their demos, videos, docs and website) and is instructed to steer unrelated requests, like homework help, back to the product. Teams can also set guardrails in the builder: topics to cover, topics to avoid, and custom instructions.

Feedback: Every conversation shows up in Sessions with the full transcript, an AI summary and a buying-intent score. Knowledge gaps also flag the questions the agent struggled with, so teams know exactly what content to add. We don't have a direct thumbs-up/down from visitors yet, but it's a great idea and it's going on our list.
