@charlotte_richardson1Β Thanks for the question! Yes, complex meals can be a real challenge. In our app, you can simply snap a photo of your plate and the AI will try to recognize the main ingredients and roughly estimate the sugar content based on a typical recipe and portion size.

If you want a more accurate result, you can also say or type what’s in the dish β€” for example, β€œhomemade casserole with chicken and veggies” β€” and the calculation will be more precise.

We’re constantly improving this feature and would really appreciate any examples or suggestions on which home-cooked meals matter most to you!
