Most cold email tools are hosted. Your contact lists, your emails and your replies all sit on someone else's servers, and many of them read or review what you send. I built SubsiMail so you can do cold outreach without handing over your data.

SubsiMail is privacy-focused, self-hosted cold email software. You run it on your own server with one docker compose command, or from a Linux or Windows package.

What stays private:

Your contacts, campaigns, emails and replies live on your server only
Nothing is uploaded to SubsiMail or any third party
We don't read or review your emails
AI drafts are optional and use your own Claude or OpenAI key

To be fully transparent, the license check sends only counts (emails sent, campaigns) and which build you run (Linux, Windows or Docker). Never your contacts or message content.
