@summer_kim_1014 Hello Kim, yes we are currently charging $9.99 per user per month. Specifically related to summarizing text we found that the main way to prevent hallucinations is to set minimum text lengths for summarizations. As far as writing actual task descriptions goes the user would be responsible for giving enough context to prevent this, however, we haven't ran into any hallucinations with our AI assistant powered by ChatGPT. The only times we have experienced this was when attempting to run our own GPT (and doing things like summarizing short texts) which isn't relevant at the moment but figured it was worth sharing.
