Looks really great. Well done, guys. Question about your pricing. Let's say I have a SaaS business with 100,000 paying customers and an average check of $10 and Stripe as a billing system. I'm doing perfectly fine with my $1M MRR. Of course, I must pay 2.9% + 30¢ for every charge to Stripe. $0.59 per transaction. This makes my average check $10 -> $9.41. Seems OK as I'm still at around $1M MRR. Then I add Stigg to manage my subscriptions in a more convenient way. I must pay an additional $0.8 per transaction as usually one customer pays once a month, and you charge $0.8 per each paying customer. In this case, my average check goes down to $8.61. Oops, not that good. Turns out that I should have a $100+ average check to use your service cost-efficiently. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Another question. When I integrate Stigg with Stripe, will it automatically import all the subscriptions I added to Stigg in Stripe in the correct way? This is important for startups as many VCs and funding services (FounderPath, Capchase etc.) use Stripe connection to populate all the data about subscriptions, MRR evolution, conversions etc. during their due diligence process.

@pavel_pavlenko Hey Pavel! thank you for providing such a thoughtful feedback. Stigg uses Stigg to manage our own PnP! we are iterating and trying different things in-order to find the best ROI and value-based pricing for our customers. Your comment makes perfect sense and I find it extremely valuable in understanding how a potential customer may understand and translate our pricing into value. Our current approach to our own pricing is seat-based + per paid customer flat fee. We don't charge anything for free users / trial users. We're hoping that in this way we create a perfect partnership and alliance between your expectations to convert and monetize smarter your free customers using the help of Stigg, helping you grow faster, and so, we'd like to grow with you. With customers are at your size and typical ASP, we typically propose a more competitive setup on the per paid subscription, so that it will make a better sense from ROI standpoint. Happy to engage and find the best setup for you too! To your second question - absolutely yes! we have a really cool no-code wizard which allow you to import all of your important data from Stripe and populate it in the right way and keep and always reliable b2b sync. Let us know if you have any other questions! this is really great feedback! the entire team is here to help providing you with confidence about our solution! Dor

@pavel_pavlenko Thank you for asking those great questions! 💙 Following up on Dor's comment, our Stigg<>Stripe integration is two-way, so you can continue using Stripe as you usually do and the data is synced seamlessly behind the scenes.
Pavlo Pavlenko
@dor_sasson1 Thank you for such a detailed answer. I described a hypothetical situation just to make sure I got your pricing well. We plan to make significant changes to our billing this year and your tool can potentially help us make this process much smoother. However, our average check is not big enough to make a quick decision on utilizing your tool. When the time comes, we'll check back with your support on the other options you can offer.
Pavlo Pavlenko
@antonzag Thanks for the clarification. Really appreciate it.

amirmatalon
I love the preliminary offer, I'm a Product Manager in SAAS B2B company, can you further elaborate on what would be the short term and long term impact I can expect by implementing this on our platform?
Dor Sasson
@amirmatalon1 Hey Amir - our team likes to focus on 3 main north stars. 1. Speed - faster time-to-market launching new pricing models and iterating on your existing pricing setup 2. Cost - reduce the time and development resources and spinning cycles on building your pricing and packaging your self, allowing you to focus on your core business, and outsourcing the pain of this piece infrastructure to us 3. Growth - unlocking new revenue and growth opportunities by teasing out better buying experiences for your customer base - trials, freemium, usage-based or else Make sense?
Itzik Bar David
@amirmatalon1 from engineering perspective: Long term - it offloads so many tasks from the engineering teams. This is mostly since writing in-house implementation tend to require a lot of efforts to introduce new features, and good chances that we already implemented them. Short term - using our widgets to enhance your application immediately. For example rendering customer-portal (https://docs.stigg.io/docs/rende...) and public paywalls (https://docs.stigg.io/docs/rende...) with few lines of code.

I am working on a mini saas, maybe I need to use it. The best thing is your documentation, an example project is the real presence of stigg. Please also add Vue 3 version. Make it framework agnostic.
Roy Cohen
@amicoder Sure, give it a try and let us know what you think 💪
Eli Marchevsky
@amicoder We have a super generous free tier which might fit your needs 🤩

@amicoder Great feedback, Awais! Thank you 💙 We're constantly working on our integrations. And our documentation, too. Glad you like it 😺

That video hits the nail on the head on pain points we experience as people who work on pricing and packaging. Excited to see this. Congratulations on the launch!
Alex Fedin
@jwnatividad That's exactly the reason we did it, people underestimate the complexity of pricing and packaging, excited to see that it's resonates with you! kudos to @sara_nelissen for making the video :)
Roy Cohen
@jwnatividad It's crazy how big of an issue this is in SaaS today! But no worries - Stigg is out to fix it 💪
Sara Nelissen
@jwnatividad thank you for your kind words!! 💙
