A most companies have feedback in fragments everywhere like you mentioned intercom, slack, email. can stetos pull in existing transcripts from other tools for analysis, or is it strictly for conversations happening within the stetos ageent?

@vikramp7470 Hi Vikram!
That's one good question. At the moment the platform is solely focused on new capture. So yes, only stetos.co agents. We will continue to expand the surfaces over which to deploy these agents and tap into other unconventional methods.
It is important to control the end-to-end process to be able to get the best results. Currently our distribution options can easily be integrated into some of these channels.
Another important clarification to make is that we are big on voice. Not only because of the reduced friction, but also because of the quality of the capture.
If you want to see it work in real time you can hop onto the demo we prepared for this launch and experience small side to side example.

@miguel_fierro_m Thanks for the clarification, Miguel. Focusing on voice-first capture and controlling the full feedback loop makes a lot of sense, especially for getting higher-quality insights. Excited to see how the integrations evolve over time 🚀
@vikramp7470 Thanks Vikram!
Definitely on sight. Let me know if you decide to try it, happy to walk you through.
What’s the unlock vs. running the same interview through a generic voice agent? Is it the follow-up logic, the analysis layer, or something else under the hood?
@ernesto_santiago_g_ Thanks for your question, Ernesto! And it's a good one.
To put it simply, all of the above and a little more.
End-to-end, our agents are designed specifically for these types of interactions, from the distribution capabilities and the ability to be an always on surface for insight ; to in-session behavior. We provide a stablished performance baseline. The agents are designed to improve the likelihood of reaching the user's set objective while allowing enough flexibility to identify what isn't being thought of beforehand.
Added to this, it runs full circle from a UX perspective by giving you the ability to dynamically route users to actions or rewards based on the interaction.
The analytics pipeline both gives you the granularity of analysis on each session and 2 levels of synthesis, at project and agent level. Insights ready to use and metrics you can measure over time.
Currently the surfaces for deployment are pretty standard, we will be adding more and more atypical surfaces soon enough where we believe there's a lot of insight to be captured. Always focused on natural conversation and spontaneous interaction.
In short, stetos.co is optimized for quality and speed all the way throughout the process from capture to insight and we will keep improving on that.
Thanks again! And feel free to check out the demo.
Yeah listening and hearing are two different things haha. Curious to know how good you can extract the key knowledge from the convos
@ilyaforfun Hi there Ilya!
You can try it yourself. Have a look at the demo or even better, you can create a Free account and build your first agent in a minute or two.
Thanks for the comment and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
