It's a chance to reflect on what happened, where you were stuck, and prioritize for what's next tomorrow. It's incredibly effective. This is a fun and simple solution to a big problem. I like it 😃. Question about privacy, obviously the information you would be sharing can be considered confidential so how do you handle data privacy of the stored feedback? Also, really cool idea for future can be to allow the user to select what type of character you want the AI to represent. Do you want someone who is more of a Boot Camp sergeant and curses at you, or someone who is super nice and encouraging, etc…

If you want different characters, you should check out our main product Summit (www.summit.im) - you can select and personalize your own coach - drill sergeant is one of our most popular ones. re: privacy of Standup - we don't store the feedback, effectively you get the call, the processing is done and sent to your email, but we're not persisting the feedback in a database.
