honestly this is a pretty interesting angle, like turning chat into actual product research instead of just deflecting tickets. one thing that would be cool though, can you add a way to tag or categorize the recurring questions it surfaces, so over time you can spot patterns and feed them straight into your roadmap backlog

Stand does analyze chats automatically and sends a periodic (daily, weekly, or monthly) email digest that summarize recurring questions and patterns.
You can also define free-form qualifiers to label various conversation topics. For example you could define a "Feature Request" label that will be added automatically to conversations that ask for features. Those conversations are then listed separately on the above-mentioned digest. You can also get push notifications when conversations with that label happen to get pulled to those conversations live.
Finally, there is JSON export from history. You can for example filter to a specific label (feature request) and then export those conversations to Claude Work, ChatGPT, or anywhere else for analysis.
