@hayleydorling Absolutely, that's a common problem unfortunately for many of us, particularly right now. Our newest custom category is dedicated to sleep and helping our users get to sleep easier and faster. Our musical compositions are precisely adapted to meet each listener in their current waking state (for example anxious) and transition them gently into a sleep state and keep them there. You should feel the shift pretty quickly (usually within 3-5 min). You can set the sleep timer as well if you like to keep tabs on how long you're listening. Try it out when you hit the pillow tonight, and I hope it helps calm your nerves and get you to sleep!

Spiritune can help reduce stress as effectively as meditation and other stress reduction techniques...but the great part about Spiritune is that the physiological effects (slowing of breath rate, heart rate, etc) happen passively, where other stress reduction techniques like meditation require active participation and attention. In a day and age when we already have a lot on our to-do list, Spiritune only requires you to pop in your headphones or connect to a speaker in order to feel better while you're doing your usual daily activities, like working, getting ready in the morning, eating dinner, walking your dog, etc. Hope that helps and you'll check us out!

I am a special ed aide and the students I work with have trouble staying focused, especially doing online schooling. How can Spiritune help my students stay focused while they learn online? Also, I wanted to know, how soon Spiritune will be available on Android?

I work part time from home mostly doing research for environmental projects. So I like to listen to Spiritune while I am doing that. It helps me stay focused. Also, I like to have Spiritune on (Energetic) during my morning runs. Thank you
