It might seem a bit surprising, but we really think that updates like Siri on the iPhone are going to be game-changers for getting everyone to communicate with AI by voice. I mean, using voice interaction feels like a natural next step. Just 1.5 years ago, it was hard to imagine that we would all be chatting with AI, but now it's become the norm. I believe that talking is much easier than typing. One of our main challenges now is making sure that the Agent sounds natural and is really helpful. It’s all about creating smooth conversation flows and knowledge bases that guide users smoothly toward making a purchase. So, we are pretty optimistic about our product.

@arman_rocket it's funny now to think that the first cell phones had little keypads on them and yet now we've come to accept it as totally normal that a phone is just a screen I think the leap to experiencing websites through audio will still need some encouragement but it's such a more intuitive way to interact that eventually it will become the precident for sites
