Hey Product Hunt! I’m Ben, co-founder of Spaceloadr, and we’re excited to introduce the first-ever alternative to Notion’s native import tools!
Why We Built This
For the past two years, I’ve been helping clients import data into Notion, and I’ve experienced firsthand how frustrating the process can be. I knew there had to be a better way, so my co-founders and I got together to find a solution. That’s why we built Spaceloadr—to make importing into Notion fast, accurate, and effortless.
✨ Why Spaceloadr?
✅ Smart Column Mapping – Easily match CSV columns to Notion properties.
✅ Duplicate Prevention – Keep your databases clean and avoid redundant entries.
✅ Effortless Updates – Update existing records without overwriting valuable data.
✅ Import History & Error Tracking – Review past imports and troubleshoot issues with ease.

@optiopp_bentaylor oh nice! finally something for notion imports. honestly, i kinda avoid notion sometimes just because importing stuff is... messy? the column mapping never works right for me. this tool seems like it actually fixes that headache. makes the whole process way more pleasant. congrats on the launch, looks super helpful! @stainlu With Notion's marge with CSV, the column mapping can definitely be buggy. We've also noticed it struggles matching for duplicates even when the title properties match.
We're very glad to hear you believe it's a helpful tool and we are looking forward to your feedback on your next Notion import!

Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Reid, co-founder of Spaceloadr. After months of hard work, we’re finally here, and I couldn’t be more excited to share what we’ve built with the @Notion community.
We noticed a gap in Notion’s import capabilities, something that’s been a pain point for many users, and we believe we’ve created a solution that truly addresses it. Whether it’s handling large files or simplifying the import process, our tool is designed to make your workflow smoother and more efficient.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback. 🚀
This is such a needed upgrade for Notion users, how does Spaceloadr handle large-scale imports with complex relations or linked databases?
Spaceloadr
@alex_sporenberg Appreciate the support and great question! For complex relationships we utilize Notion ID and URLs, whereas the current Notion Import only allows users to base off the title property. This combined with our custom mapping ensures data is accurately linked and sent to the correct destination. Import to note that we are at the mercy of Notion API limits (+-180 records / min).

This solves my biggest Notion headache! 🚀 Can it learn from user corrections over time?
Spaceloadr
@desmond_ren1 At this time it cannot, but that's an interesting idea you propose. What type of corrections would you like it to help you out with?
Hi Benjamin, congrats on launching Spaceloadr! The smart column mapping feature is a game-changer for Notion imports. It’d be awesome to feature it in my startup directory too!
Spaceloadr
@nimaaksoy We're glad you like the column mapping feature! How do we get our tool within your startup directory?
Congrats for the launch. This is the tool I need:)
