SourceKrewe was created to support start-ups recruiting primarily through twitter with hiring bounties. We noticed that entrepreneurs were utilizing twitter for posting open Bounties but imagined that the incongruency of referrals in DM's or tweet replies would be very hard to process. In addition, it is one thing to say you will pay a Bounty Reward for a hired referral but we provide the terms of service and payment processing to give Hunters the added confidence that the start-ups will actually pay out the promised Bounty
