I like the idea. However, there's one big problem with it. Visitors don't use it. I installed it on my website, on the most visited landing page. And for 24h noone used it. Not a single person. I think the problem is with the super generic robot icon in the bottom right corner. It does not encourage people to use it. There's no way to change the icon or show some kind of initial chat bubble that would explain what you can do with it. I think a little, customizable tooltip that would say "Hey, got questions about this page? Let's talk." that would pop up after someon scrolls fro 50% of the page (or other trigger) would help a lot. Right now, it's basically useless. It's good product that nobody uses, due to poor UI.
