We use sitegpt for both chat and as an internal email tool. We have tried multiple others like chatbase, botsonic but SiteGPT is much better in terms of 1. Features - the only chatbot that alows automating customer facing tasks by letting me run code snippets and connect to my database 2. Accuracy : The tech seems to be better and the team has provided a set of prompts which helps remove hallucinations which is a big problem with other alternatives 3. Ease of use. Thanks to the team for having built it.

Been a very smooth experience, I dont understand the low ratings here. Potentially the product has improved a lot since release. Tried it with many others but found SiteGPT to be the best.

I would like to share my insights on SiteGPT. It's an amazing AI Bot that is great for creative and academic content. Since I am using it for both purposes, it generates some fascinating facts and diverse examples on various topics. Undoubtedly, it gives me high-quality content when I am looking for detailed information for academic research. This blend of creativity and educational utility makes this AI unique.

I like the idea. However, there's one big problem with it. Visitors don't use it. I installed it on my website, on the most visited landing page. And for 24h noone used it. Not a single person. I think the problem is with the super generic robot icon in the bottom right corner. It does not encourage people to use it. There's no way to change the icon or show some kind of initial chat bubble that would explain what you can do with it. I think a little, customizable tooltip that would say "Hey, got questions about this page? Let's talk." that would pop up after someon scrolls fro 50% of the page (or other trigger) would help a lot. Right now, it's basically useless. It's good product that nobody uses, due to poor UI.
