Thanks @ed_forson! Indeed, the market for automating customer support is gigantic. I would say that Chatio's biggest differentiator is its focus on small businesses, particularly small SaaS businesses that operate with a small team (sometimes only the founder) but have customers worldwide.
Chatio helps them handle customer support in different languages, 24/7 and completely automated.
Because we are still small, I'm always there for our new customers in case they want to give a suggestion or want to ask how to do something. I exchange with them videos with feedback and tutorials on how to get the best of Chatio for their business.
