Hey, congrats on the launch!
How is it different from https://github.com/vgulerianb/Do... ? I think !DocNavigator provides more features, is free, and open source. It can also be self-hosted.
@vikrant_guleria DocNavigator is a great project, at the core we do the same thing, but not everyone wants to host it by themself and the pricing of embedding the database is way too high for an individual. so I think a product like us will have a good shot

Congrats on the launch. It's a little challenging working out which is which when there's so many of these launching, so the long term user experience improvements will be key here. How do you feel you will stand apart?
@voicesofproduct that true, at moment there are few way stand out, user experience, features, pricing. For next step i will improve the UX and add some integration and features, but still it will a marketing and distribution game at this point
@nikita_naumov overall website and feature is all the same, but at the backend, a lot of other product use third-party service for embedding database will we have created and hosted our own, we help to provide user the best value for money by not paying huge pricing for DB 🫡

@nikita_naumov@nayan_jagtap I also had that concern, it's a great idea but that doesn't seem like a true UVP. Users only see the frontend so what you do on the backend doesn't really matter for user acquisition (the pricing seems similar to other similar services). It's actually a mistake I made at the start of my startup which has led me to run into roadblocks due to overengineering without much gain provided to users and forced us to pivot. I suggest you think of a way you can put a unique spin on the idea to differentiate yourself from the other services. At the moment I have no incentive to go to you guys vs the other very similar services I have seen on PH.

I tried your product. And I left some feedback. I think that the below problems can be solved in time.
- It is a chatgpt and answers all kinds of questions. It should answer only website-related questions.
- I did not see that option about speaking style. It can be friendly or formal options.
- There is a gif showing demo. The dashboard must be filled in the demo.
- When answers are not enough, the user may want to contact a real person.
- Sometimes answers were not good enough. I left a dialog sample below. There was a "Contact us at support@webbotify.com" text under the chatbot.
