I needed to merge a bunch of PDFs on a locked-down computer at work, but I didn’t trust most of the websites I found with confidential files. I now know some sites are legit, but at the time I was worried about privacy, so I decided to build something myself.
SimpleToolkit.app is totally open-source, runs 100% in your browser, and lets you merge PDFs, redact sensitive info, remove EXIF from images, and more, all without uploading anything online or creating an account.
