Let me introduce to you, Silent Slide. Using double-tap gestures between your thumb and forefinger allows you to advance the slide, and the watch crown gives you easy control to reverse. You can even pause the presentation with a quick tap on the apple watch screen, so all eyes are on you. This is free now, but will start chargeing after the first 500 users.
