As a therapist, I totally believe in sidekick's potential to support your mental health. It is a 24h resource with different exercises (depending on what works best for you) that can really help you calm down as well as work on a deeper side of yourself! 100% recommendable

Absolutely love this app! So intuitive and really helps me relax and sleep when I'm feeling stressed. It's great to be given a choice of exercises so I can find out what works for me best! And it's amazing sidekick are a nonprofit and the app is free with no signups!

Simple to use, intuitive interface, lots of different exercise types to manage my mental wellbeing. My favourites are the 4-4-8 breathing, gratitude journal and relaxation audio
