Review of Shiny
Finding a fractional executive I trust is really hard. Normally, I would back channel with friends on who is great, try and convince them to give me some time, interview then ask them to come on board.
It's valuable because someone can be a big competitive advantage if you can leverage their hard won experience for your startup. Shiny gathers the best fractional execs so founders can effectively scale without the burden or risks of bringing them on full time.

This is a great way to connect A-list fractional talent with amazing startups. I couldn't speak more highly of this platform!
