It’s not meant to be a legally binding agreement, but more of a way to avoid misunderstandings before things get official with company registration. I’ve personally been in situations where equity wasn't clear early on, and it caused issues later - definitely my fault for making assumptions before putting in development time. This is really just to keep everyone on the same page and avoid those tricky conflicts later on!

To be honest, this is a very idealistic project, and the field is very non-standardized. But trying to do it in a standardized way, I personally am not sure about the future direction. Best wishes.
