I was a new user and paid for the top-tier subscription. As soon as I logged into my account for the first time, it was closed. They did not provide anything meaningful regarding the account termination in their email. I tried to find an answer in their discord server (in a QA channel) but shortly after I left a message they kicked me off. The whole account service team gave me a very unprofessional and arrogant impression.
I was a bit skeptical at first but Sequence is pretty awesome! The fact that I can see all my finances in one place and then set rules gives me a sense of control which I didn't have before. I managed to create a few simple rules that will help me save to my kids for collage for instance and some more complex one to manage my cash flow 🙏🏻
based on the demo, a person can just do this with direct deposit settings at their existing company. demo had no if/then logic and neither did the video. seems like they would do more to show some use cases the their target market could actually benefit from.
