Sensium is a blind-tasting coach for sommelier-track tasters and curious enthusiasts. Drill the classic look-alikes, replay your mistakes until they stick, explore a 1,534-grape Atlas, compare any two grapes side by side, and work the deductive grid — a few focused minutes a day. Free to start, on iPhone, Android, and the web.

the deductive grid approach is honestly kind of brilliant for nailing down those tricky look-alikes. I spent a few minutes replaying a pinot vs gamay mistake and it actually clicked this time
@araczeliha97691 Pinot Noir vs Gamay is such a good stress-test for the grid — same pale-to-medium ruby, low-tannin first pass, then earth / mushroom under the fruit for Pinot versus Gamay’s juicier red-fruit purity and floral lift. Really glad that landed for you. That’s exactly the kind of pair Sensium is built to drill.
The side-by-side grape comparison has been saving me during blind tastings this week, and the look-alike drills finally made the difference between Petit Verdot and Malbec click for me.
@nazlheol Appreciate you saying that, Compare and the look-alike drills are exactly what we hoped would help on pairs like Petit Verdot and Malbec. Thanks for the kind words, and for stopping by on launch day! :)
