I'm Laurent — a solo maker building Sensium, a blind-tasting coach for wine. I started it while studying for my WSET Level 3, when it hit me that knowing the facts and actually calling a wine blind are two different skills — and most tools only train the first. So I built the one I wanted: daily drills to build recall, a replay of your own mistakes, and a deductive grid that walks you from structure and aroma to a defendable call. It's for everyone from curious enthusiasts to exam candidates and sommeliers, and it runs on iPhone, Android, and the web.
