Contract infrastructure for everyone

Contract infrastructure for everyone. It offers zero setup for people handling a small number of contracts and provides a developer-friendly API for those dealing with a large volume of contracts. Think of it as Stripe for contracts.

What do you think? …

Hey PH! I'm Kate, co-founder of Sendforsign. Thank you, @benln, for your support of our launch during these challenging times! Head over to our main page for a pleasant surprise. Instead of the usual landing page, our product awaits you directly. It features an interface that allows immediate action😏 Upload your contract with one click. Create a signing link with another. And send it out for signature with a third. Sendforsign is our offering—a zero-setup contract management tool. It's designed for founders, managers, lawyers, and anyone needing to sign a contract without delay. No more navigating cumbersome sign-up processes or enduring demo calls. Simply create your contract and sign it. Yet, this is only the beginning of our journey. Our vision is a modern digital contract management platform. It aims to provide the ultimate experience for developers. 🛠 Most contracts, interestingly, are not sent by lawyers. Instead, sales or HR managers handle them, often via buttons integrated into other systems, using APIs. And it's developers who implement these integrations. 🤷‍♀️ Here's the twist: Major competitors like DocuSign, PandaDoc, and Ironclad don’t prioritize these integrations. No platforms on the market today are designed with developers in mind. That's what we're changing. ☎️ We're also addressing an industry annoyance—the need to schedule a demo call to test a system. This puts unnecessary steps between developers and integration. We've taken our own frustrations and channeled them into creating a solution. 🖤 Introducing Sendforsign: an API-first contract management solution. It requires just 19 lines of code and less than 24 hours to integrate our API. With our API, your developers can get started this very afternoon. Creating such an API requires time. If you're intrigued, sign up for our waitlist (https://sendforsign.com/dev). In the meantime, our zero-setup solution is ready for anyone to sign a contract📝

Hi PH! Having worked in the digital contracts field for the past 5 years, we know how challenging it can be to implement contract infrastructure in your businesses or to send a simple agreement when you need it right away. Essentially, you can spend ages on either case, choosing a proper tool and going through those demo calls and personal pricing 🙂 So, we're addressing both cases with our simple solution. We've prepared options for uploading your own files to share and sign them in seconds, as well as our own templates. Additionally, there's the possibility to request our Contract API for your business. Can't wait to see how you use it and what you think of this approach. If you have any questions or requests, please reach out or leave your comment right here.

Very cool! How do you deal with security? Are you storing all contract on your servers/database? Congrats on the launch
Ilia Bovkunov
@leon_ostrez Thanks! We store the contracts on our servers, and clients can choose the server's location.
Timur Ercan
@leon_ostrez @ilya_b_ interesting. Any plans for certificate-based signing support
Ilia Bovkunov
@leon_ostrez @timur_ercan1 we don't have such plans right now, but if you have a case, that's possible. I'd be happy to discuss and understand it in detail.
Timur Ercan
@ilya_b_ mainly curious how it would work technically and who would provide the signing cert.
Timur Ercan
Loginless Signing is pretty neat, and this is quite well done, congrats 🙌 Also awesome design, really slick. I'm not a fan of the pricing tbh, but time will tell if that works, and it's not for me (literally). Great job so far, I will watch your career with great interest :D Keep up the good work 🫡
Ilia Bovkunov
@timur_ercan1 Thank you very much! Just curious, what didn't work for you in terms of pricing?
Timur Ercan
@ilya_b_ I'm just a fan of fixed pricing vs. transaction-based
Ilia Bovkunov
@timur_ercan1 got it, thanks for the explanation 👌
