Manager Agents learn from your meetings, then point you to what needs your attention next: the feedback that is overdue, the recognition you missed, the conflict you are avoiding, the growth talk that keeps slipping. You learn what works, what doesn't, and why, so you become better at leading your people.

how does semos.ai handle privacy when parsing sensitive one on one manager meetings?
Semos.ai Manager Agents
@jabari_zuri Hey Jabari, thanks for the question! We use PII masking so personal information gets masked before anything is passed to the AI models. That protection applies regardless of plan.
For larger companies that want to roll this out across their entire management team, we also offer a separate, dedicated instance just for them, what we call "Connected mode", which adds an extra layer of data protection and keeps their data fully segregated from everyone else.
How does the agent avoid jumping to conclusions when a conversation has ambiguous context?
Semos.ai Manager Agents
@yangliu44 Hey Yang 👋 The agents have built-in clarity goals, so when a conversation has ambiguous context, they will ask a clarifying question rather than guessing or jumping to a conclusion.
So instead of assuming what you meant, if something's unclear, it'll check with you first, what specifically happened, who was involved, what outcome you're looking for, before giving you an answer.

can we filter out specific internal syncs or 1-on-1s from being analyzed?
Semos.ai Manager Agents
Great question, @adams_parker ! Yes, you choose which meetings Manager Agents learns from, so you can leave out specific internal syncs or 1-on-1s. You stay in control of what gets analyzed

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm so excited for this, and I want to share why it's personal for me.
I manage a team of 12 people, and I'm also doing my own work at the same time. Most weeks, managing gets whatever time is left over.
I know what good management looks like. Regular feedback. Noticing when someone does great work and saying so. Having the career talk before someone starts looking elsewhere. But knowing it and doing it are two different things. Here's what actually happens. Someone on my team does something great in a Tuesday meeting. I think "I should call that out." Then three more meetings happen, and by Friday it's gone. Or I notice tension between two people, tell myself I'll deal with it next week, and next week turns into next month.
Last year I realized I hadn't had a proper growth conversation with one of my best people in almost six months. Nobody reminded me. It just slipped. I'm not a bad manager. I'm a busy one. And from talking to the managers we work with at Semos Cloud, that's most of us. We don't have an HR partner down the hall, and nobody gave us a playbook.
That's why we built Manager Agents. It picks up on what happens in your meetings and reminds you about the things that matter before they slip. Not to manage for you, but to help you show up the way you want to for your people.
I've been using it with my own team, and the biggest change is simple: I actually send the recognition message the same day now.
We'd love to hear about your first "wow" moment with it.
We'll be here all day answering questions and collecting feedback.
Thanks for giving it a try! 🚀

I am sharing this with our engineering lead who spends half his day in 1-on-1s. we really need a system like this.
Semos.ai Manager Agents
Thanks @margret_rhyme 🙏 With that many 1-on-1s, it's so easy for follow-ups to slip. That's exactly what Manager Agents helps with. Would love to hear what they think!
Been tracking team feedback in random docs for months. having a dedicated agent automate that tracking is a massive timesaver.

Thanks @alira_saluScattered docs is exactly the problem we kept hearing about. With everything in one place, you can finally see the full picture for each person instead of piecing it together before a review.

usually skeptical about AI analyzing team dynamics, but focusing purely on actionable manager reminders makes a lot of sense.
