Screen Commander

Handy little app that lets you blank your screens in a multimonitor setup. A one-trick pony maybe, but a well executed one. Nice!

You can also pretend your working while reading reddit with this.

There should be a keyboard shortcut for activating.

If you want to do this natively, you can just use hot corners and change your display setting, or enable a black screensaver, depending on your preference

Would be really handy, but guess it hasn't propagated to the UK App Store yet
