What pushed me to build Scenaro was frustration. I realized online shopping had become mechanical — endless scrolling, too many filters, zero connection. During a client meeting, I asked myself a simple question: what if the store could just talk back? From there, everything changed. I built the first prototype in 14 days — half improvisation, half obsession — to prove that buying online could feel as natural as a conversation. Since then, the idea has evolved into a full platform: a way for brands to craft their own voice, guide customers like real experts, and finally make e-commerce human again.
