So cool to test this! Superintelligence 💪
@john_tans Thanks John, let us know how you like it!
@john_tans Thank you John! Which features do you find most exciting?
Congrats on launch team! Insanely powerful product when you get started, can't stop using it!
@charles_maddock Thank you Charles! What's been your best use case so far?
deleting Slack so the whole team lives in email is a realy bold way to dogfood lol, respect
the drafts pull context from meetings too, so if a call never got recorded does it fall back to just the thread??? and can you switch drafts off for some labels??? i'd never want one sitting ready on a customer escalation
@thamibenjelloun Can confirm that deleting Slack was a tough one when we started doing months ago, but it has regained so much of my focus and being on top of things + Being a great motivation to make the product you spend your most time in the best possible experience it can be!
There's still a lot more context Scape can use when you don't have the meeting, like for example Scape Apps Connections or existing Calendar events you have. And it only auto-drafts emails that get classified as that there is an email where you need to reply to :)
@thamibenjelloun The team was not very happy with me when I told them we should delete Slack. But it really helped us dogfood the product, and our entire team spend several hours inside Scape daily now. We all prefer email over anything at this point.
It became one of the most impactful decisions we've made to make the product feel delightful to use.
Resurfacing an unanswered email is useful when the context comes back with it. I'd want to see the last promise and attachment right there before following up.
@oleksii_sekundant We do surface it in a simple way where we have the simple option that besides your pre-drafted follow ups, you have a chat which already gives you context about all the things from the conversation you are having.
@oleksii_sekundant Agreed! Nothing worse than 20 threads coming back without any context. We've really tried to nail this in the product.
Curious to hear what your most common follow up use cases are?
Drafts that already know about the meeting I just had are the part I would trust most, because context from the calendar is where every other AI email draft quietly gets it wrong.
@karimbenkeroum Yes exactly this has been a big unlock for precision and context to have a meeting recorder that can record all meetings locally. We had insane use cases where a pre-drafted reply recalled a conversation from a few months ago that even we had forgotten about.
@karimbenkeroum We agree! This was exactly why we built our local note taker, so that this is a first class citizen in the product.
What other pains are you experiencing around meetings and calendars? Would love to hear what we can solve for you.
