Sapientia enables your PC to run Large Language Models entirely locally with complete privacy, offline functionality, and visual workflow orchestration for intelligent agent systems. Optimized for consumer hardware, Sapientia runs on the Gemma model family by default. A huge thanks to Google DeepMind for their incredible work on Gemma.
Sapientia was created to address three fundamental challenges in modern AI: privacy risks, internet dependency, and escalating costs. Beyond solving these immediate hurdles, our mission is to ensure AI serves humanity's best interests, prioritizing user control over centralization, and data ownership over surveillance.
Current Availability:
Right now, Sapientia is available exclusively for Windows and can be downloaded directly from the Microsoft Store. I am actively working on bringing it to macOS and Linux in the future, so stay tuned for those updates!
What’s Next (Our Roadmap):
MCP Integration: Expanding the protocol for broader model and tool contexts.
Remote Chat: A web client that allows you to chat remotely while your main PC acts as the secure, private host server.
IoT Integration: Enabling Sapientia to interact with the physical environment, paving the way for Physical AI.
