We signed up on day one, and I'll be honest—it was a bit rough at first. We ran into some login issues early on, but the team responded quickly and got everything resolved. That level of responsiveness gave me confidence that they were serious about building something great.
Since then, the pace of development has been incredible. New features have been shipping consistently, and it's been exciting to watch the platform evolve. I locked in an annual plan before the price increase, and it's already paid off with access to features like video calling, Orbit Social, and everything else that's been rolling out.
What stands out most is that the team actually listens to feedback and moves fast. Instead of sitting stagnant, the product keeps getting better every week. If you're looking for a modern, AI-first sales platform that's evolving rapidly with an engaged team behind it, Salestrics has absolutely earned my recommendation.
There honestly isn't much I'd change today. If I had one request, it would be a dedicated customer service/help desk module. Based on my conversations with the team, I see that as the next major step on their roadmap, and once it's available, I think Salestrics will be an even more complete all-in-one business platform. Given how quickly they've been shipping new features, I'm confident they'll get there.
I evaluated Salesforce, HubSpot, and Monday before making the switch. We were already using Salesforce, but Salestrics offered the best value for what we actually needed. Instead of paying for separate tools, we consolidated our CRM, video calling, and sales workflow into a single platform.
The biggest win has been cost savings without sacrificing functionality. We were able to eliminate both our Salesforce and Zoom subscriptions and replace them with one Salestrics agreement. As the platform has matured, they've continued shipping features like Orbit Social and video calling, so the value of our subscription has only increased.
Beyond the pricing, what ultimately sold me was the team's execution. We joined on day one, experienced a few early hiccups, and watched them resolve issues quickly while consistently releasing meaningful improvements. It's rare to find a platform that's both affordable and moving this fast, which is why I'd choose Salestrics again over the larger, more established alternatives.
Salestrics gave us exactly what we needed as an early-stage startup: an affordable, straightforward CRM without unnecessary complexity. It was easy to get up and running, helped us keep our contacts and pipeline organized, and let us focus on building our business instead of managing software.
The biggest improvement I'd like to see is more control over the AI. It would be great to have the ability to further edit or customize the prompts so they better reflect our company's voice, workflows, and specific use cases.
That said, Salestrics has one of the most accurate AI assistants we've used because it's grounded in our CRM data rather than generating generic responses. The quality of its outputs has consistently been better than other AI tools we've tried.
We evaluated Monday before choosing Salestrics, but as an early-stage startup we wanted a CRM that was purpose-built for sales, easy to implement, and cost-effective. Monday is a powerful platform, but it offers a much broader set of project management and workflow features than we needed. Salestrics let us get up and running quickly with a clean sales pipeline, contact management, and the core CRM functionality we were looking for—without paying for capabilities we weren't going to use. As a lean team, simplicity and value were the deciding factors.
Salestrics does a great job of bringing AI into everyday sales workflows without making things feel overly complicated. The CRM context, document generation, and collaboration features fit together well, and it's clear the team is building with real sales teams in mind. I'd love to see a few more integrations and additional workflow customization over time, but it's already a strong product that's heading in the right direction. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves.
I'd like to see more third-party integrations, deeper workflow customization, and a larger library of pre-built templates. The core experience is strong, but expanding the ecosystem and giving power users more flexibility would make the platform even better.
I chose Salestrics over Monday because I wanted a platform built specifically for sales, not a general work management tool. With Monday, I felt like I had to build my own sales system from scratch. Salestrics came with workflows that matched how my team actually sells, so we spent less time configuring and more time closing deals.
No default per-seat pricing. Solid attempt at an all-in-one business workspace. CRM, Team Chat/Video calling (some of the clearest video calling I've used), social feed, and drive storage are solid wins, making it worth it for the price. The AI is pretty accurate (does have to be pressed sometimes to look carefully). Task Management software is solid. Email is great as well, but has some flaws. Custom apps/modules are nice wins along with the custom fields to allow for better customization. Having an office suite and drive storage is a major +.
A lot - Slides are broken. The AI & Email views are displaying raw text. Better formatting here would go a long way. Ledger banking connections can be glitchy, and require ID verification to connect 1 bank account. Meetings have no invite button. Orbit uses hashtags but the "trending" items are read only/not real. Insight has pre-built dashboards and reports, but the custom dashboards/reports are severely lacking. Above all, mostly everything is locked behind a paywall, and require paid upgrade from the Free Plan to see the advanced features. Give us a trial - you will do so much better at landing people that way. You've got a great product. Don't scare people away by locking upgrades behind payment before they can see what's new. We did end up paying last week, but you have no idea how long it took to get everyone on board. I'm not trying to be mean - I personally love Salestrics. But remove the friction.
Some suggestions as well:
- You've got something like excel in the CRM - add the ability to @ data so you can further automate.
- Insight - Deeper customization
- Auto - Great feature, but no one wants to keep track of a bunch of module record ids. Why isn't this a dropdown/search?
- Admin - You have custom app and modules - let us customize the modules you already have as well.
We're a smaller team at Redline (AR Movie Theatre coming soon), so we were choosing between Pipedrive and Less Annoying CRM. However, after stumbling upon Salestrics, I liked the idea that for our team size, we could get what we need without per-seat pricing.
Thank you for taking the time to review and for your generous feedback. I appreciate your support of Salestrics.
Salestrics has heard our early customers loud and clear - effective 2 days ago (7/1), Salestrics now offers a 30-day free trial on all paid-plans in addition to our Free Forever plan. I understand the frustration you experienced. To make it right, all of our customers who upgraded in June prior to this change will receive a courtesy credit for July.
Salestrics released a patch on 7/2 that addressed the concerns related to Orbit hashtags and in-meeting invites - both are now functioning. We are actively working on resolving the issue with how Salestrics AI displays chats and email displays threads, as well as improving the reliability of bank connections.
I appreciate the suggestions as well and will take them into consideration.
Best,
Austin - CEO, Salestrics
Interesting take on bringing CRM, communication, AI and business operations into single workspace. I like the idea of having everything connected instead of constantly switching between different tools, and the product already feels quite broad for an early-stage platform.
For the pricing, there are quite a few plans and different limits to compare, which can make it harder to quickly understand which plan is the right fit. A simpler plan structure could make the product easier to evaluate.
And from a UX perspective, I found the collapsed sidebar a little difficult to navigate. Once minimized, it relies heavily on icons & with so many different functions in the platform, it's a bit difficult to immediately recognize what each icon represents. Clearer grouping or open/close sidebar option like Notion (with the open when hovered) might be better in my opinion.
Affordable, easy to use, and backed by responsive support—everything you need to get started quickly.
It's still a bit buggy in places, but that's expected for a beta. The team is actively improving it, and the value—especially with the 50% off for 6 months promo—makes it easy to stick with while it matures.
I also evaluated a few other AI sales and prospecting tools, but Salestrics stood out for its affordability, ease of use, and responsive support. It delivered the features I needed without the complexity.
In case you missed it, Salestrics Resolve is now available on our Scale & Enterprise plans for early beta access.
