Sage finally removed the guesswork. It pulls in my training plan and wearable data, then gives me simple meals and portions that match my day. If I sleep poorly, lift later, or miss a session, it auto-adjusts calories, protein, and carb timing so I’m still on track.

lots of nutrition plan apps out there, but nothing like this. it knew all my bloods data and that i was struggling with cholesterol balance and my iron kept dropping. it integrated changes into my nutrition plan without having to prompt. it also knew i struggled with stress and integrated lots of antioxidants and foods to lower cortisol. super cool and helpful
