I built SAFU Movement to fix a personal pain point I had. I used to train people full time and did many things clients including boxing, circuit training, weights, body movement, light acrobatics and more. When I stopped doing that I would start to get analysis paralysis on what to train myself as training wasn't surrounding my app. So I made this app to keep me moving without thinking too hard and motivated by adding reactive games to it.
