@kirank5a Hi Kiran, Thank you! To answer your questions. 1. Any stage, from startups to established public companies. As long as the role fits within one of our 14 job categories 2. Great Question. User data privacy is very important to our strategy and we strongly believe that Resumes are personal and should not be saved in a "resume bank" for several years. We will not have candidate profiles on our platform and users do not require an account (or pay a fee, ever) to apply to jobs. If the employers uses the contact form instead of a direct link to apply to a role, any resumes uploaded using the form a not saved on our servers, and neither is the 'sent' form. I hope that answers your questions! Let me know if you have any further thoughts!

@remco_strij -- thanks Remco -- I get 1, but for 2, what I meant was something along the lines of AngelList, where candidates have a public (within angel.co) profile and companies can reach out; or LinkedIn. But I think I get it -- you're targeting an aggregation from "Careers" sites and the "user" account/profile is not of primary interest to you. Regardless, wish you the best!
