Decouple the reward from the owner manual approval right away. Plus if the diner thinks thier perk depends on how "polite" they sound in the chat, they will filter the real complaints. And it defeats the whole point of the conversation )
@konstantin_tikhaev great feedback, the owners don't approve specific reviews as they come in, we validate and vet the quality of responses to ensure they aren't paying for fake reviews and to keep the diners honest. Rviewo was built to be the buffer and advocate of our diners and reviewers so that this very practice wouldn't happen. I'm always looking for new ways to improve on this concept so I'll definitely take this advice to heart. Thanks for helping to shape the product at this early stage!
@aidan_post platform vetting instead of owner fine. diners must clearly see harsh criticism will not disqualfy them. otherwise self censorship risk stays same
@konstantin_tikhaev what's one thing as a consumer that you'd like to see that would ensure your feedback remains unbiased? For example, we offer more XP and offer exclusive rewards the more you improve your personal honesty/quality score regardless of positive or negative sentiment.
@aidan_post Need clear guarantee before submision that reward depends purely on visit proof and detail not sentiment. Show real examples where 'angry' harsh reviews get fully paid )
