This is Runway nails something that’s been long overdue. Context-aware hiring. Most tools forget that the definition of a great hire varies wildly between companies and even roles.

Assessing for culture fit is extremely important for early stage startups and traditional ATS scanners aren't able to assess for this. Does Runway have any way of assessing a potential candidate beyond the "traditional" technical skills?
