Finding a flatmate is half the job. The trouble starts after move-in: who paid what, what the house rules are, what happens when someone leaves. It all lives in WhatsApp and memory, and it goes wrong.
My Home is one place to run your flat. Set up in a minute, invite flatmates with a code. Those who haven’t joined still count from day one.
Hissa: type “Vishal paid ₹50 for tea” and AI logs and splits it. Ask “How much do I owe Sneha?” and it answers from your real balance. One running balance, fewest payments to settle, paid via your own UPI app. Roomia never holds money.
Rent & rules: rent, deposit, bills, notice period and house rules on one page. Every change shows who made it and when.
Moving out: set your date, the flat is told, list the room for a replacement with real costs.
