Most AI website review tools generate a generic report. Roast100 takes a different approach. Instead of one opinion, you get feedback from 100 AI critics with different personas, perspectives, and personalities—from ruthless VC investors and skeptical Fortune 500 CMOs to overworked developers and confused first-time users. Start with 3 free critics, then unlock all 100 for $5. Need actionable improvements? Add an AI Fix Plan that turns the harshest feedback into prioritized recommendations.

👋 Hi Product Hunt!
I'm excited to share Roast100 with you.
Most AI website review tools give you a single opinion. I kept wondering: what if your website could be reviewed from dozens of completely different perspectives instead?
That's why I built Roast100. It lets you hear from 100 AI critics, each with a different persona—from skeptical marketers and ruthless investors to confused first-time users and overworked developers.
You can start with 3 critics for free, then unlock all 100 if you want the full picture. If you need actionable improvements, you can also generate an AI Fix Plan based on the feedback.
I'd love to know:
・Which critic made you laugh the most?
・Which piece of feedback felt surprisingly useful?
・If you could add one new AI critic, who would it be?
Thanks for checking it out! Your feedback will help shape the next version. 🙌

Love the multi-perspective angle here, the VC vs first-timer contrast sounds genuinely useful. One thing I'd suggest: let users weight the critics by audience relevance. If I'm building a dev tool, I care way more about the overworked developer persona than the Fortune 500 CMO. Even a simple slider to set audience priority before the roast would make the feedback land harder and cut through the noise.
The audience weighting idea makes a lot of sense ー if you're building a dev tool, the overworked developer's take should carry way more weight than the Fortune 500 CMO's. Definitely adding this to the roadmap. Really appreciate you trying it out and sharing your thoughts! 🙌

@gursoymery30757 Update: we just shipped a simple version of this based on your feedback! You can now select your target audience (General / Developers / Enterprise / Consumers) before the roast.
Thanks for the inspiration! 🎉

ran it on my portfolio site and the "confused first-time user" persona immediately spotted a nav issue three other tools had missed. love that the personas feel distinct instead of recycled.

@esma144191 That's exactly the kind of feedback we hoped for, Esma! The "confused first-time user" persona is one of my favorites — it catches UX blind spots that technical tools completely miss. Really glad the personas felt distinct. Each one is designed to focus on a completely different lens 🙌

The 100 personas angle is genuinely clever, you get way more useful feedback than the usual one-note AI report. I tried it on my portfolio site and the ruthless VC persona flagged stuff I had been blind to for months.
That's exactly what we were going for - different personas catch different blind spots that a single AI review would miss. The ruthless VC is brutal but honest 😅 Glad it was useful for your portfolio!
Would love to hear what you end up fixing 🙌

The 100-persona approach is genuinely clever, way more useful than another cookie-cutter audit. Love that the free tier lets you sample the format before committing.

@arzuyarwhgl Thank you, Arzu! That's exactly the thinking — with 100 different personas, there's always someone who catches what others miss.
