Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Swapnil, a dental intern from India who builds AI tools on the side.
I wanted my doodles to wave back at me, but every rigging tool felt like it needed an animation degree. So I built Rigpop: drop in any picture, tap joints where it should bend, and it moves. It's real mesh skinning in one HTML file, not a CSS wiggle.
What you can do:
• Play with 9 demos: a hiker, an octopus, a tulip, a robot, a tooth that waves, and a guy eating ice cream with his whole park background kept still
• Rig your own picture by hand in about 2 minutes
• Describe a motion and let any OpenAI-compatible model write the keyframes (bring your own key)
• Export WebM, and save projects as JSON so AI agents can make animations too
• Everything runs in your browser. No account, nothing uploaded. Free and open source (MIT)

I'd love your honest feedback: was rigging obvious on your first try? And what should come next, foot-locked walk cycles or auto-rigging?
