@archiolidius Congrats on the launch 🤩🙌 What a great way to help businesses create their own chatbot based on already existing data!👏🚀 I'm curious to find out what makes this chatbot unique in comparison to other? Can it really replace the customer support?

Great job people, big congratulations on the launch! :sparkles::partying_face: Everything that can be automated, should be automated. That was nice to play around with the chat with my website’s data and embed it into my website so quickly. Looking forward to seeing how you're going to make it work as a Slack Bot as well. Btw, any plans to make the bot learn from video files?

Very cool @archiolidius Love the mix & match of AI with a handoff feature :raised_hands: I think it’s important to let real people handle certain cases. Can the bot identify on its own in what situations to call for a human CS representative?

Looks like a really great tool for handling the onslaught of pretty typical/basic questions answering which would be like a 3 mins long "voyage" into help center. But well, people aren't doing that, and ribbo can easa a life for such users. Deffo a product that we would try in our team, good luck boys!
