finally got to test revti.ai and the summary feature surprised me, captured every detail from a rambling call and booked the slot without me touching it.
Setup was way easier than I expected, and it actually picked up my test call on the first ring and booked the slot straight into my calendar. Sums up the call neatly right after, which is something my old voicemail definitely did not do.
Love that it works with your existing number, that is huge for trust with current customers. One thing I'd suggest: let the AI handle simple reschedule and cancel requests via text reply too, not just over the phone. Most of my clients prefer texting and it would save me from chasing down every change manually.
Keeping your existing business number is a nice touch. One thing I'd love to see is a quick way for the receptionist to recognize returning callers and greet them by name or reference their last enquiry, it would make the whole interaction feel way more personal and less like talking to a bot.
The demo answering a live call feels genuinely polished, especially that it stays on your real number instead of forcing a new one. Quietly smart choice for trades and clinics who hate changing the number on their van or signage.
