It started with a question: why do some people sell themselves so naturally on paper while others undersell every achievement? So I built 16 AI filters that rewrite your resume in completely different voices. Pirate. Shakespeare. Gen Z. Male Energy. Female Energy. Boomer. Plus serious ones that actually work: ATS Optimizer, Job Tailored, Executive Polish, Career Gap. The fun filters are shareable. The serious ones land interviews.
This started with a stat that stuck with me: research consistently shows that some people naturally oversell their achievements on resumes while others undersell the exact same accomplishments. Same work, completely different energy on paper.
I wondered: what would my resume sound like if it was written with maximum confidence? What about minimum confidence? What about a completely different voice altogether?
So I built the first two filters: Male Energy (every bullet point becomes "spearheaded, dominated, crushed") and Female Energy (collaborative leadership, emotional intelligence, strategic influence). Running the same resume through both was eye-opening. Neither is "right," but seeing both extremes helps you find where your real voice should land.
Then it got fun. What if Shakespeare wrote your resume? ("Alas, poor career! I knew it well.") What about a pirate? ("Plundered $2M in new revenue from competitor waters.") Gen Z? ("No cap, I fr scaled this pipeline. Ate and left no crumbs.")
But I also wanted it to be genuinely useful. So I built strategic filters: an ATS Optimizer that asks about your target role and rewrites with keywords that pass applicant tracking systems. A Job Tailored filter that takes any job description and mirrors the language. Executive Polish for C-suite tone. Career Gap for people returning to work after a break. First Job for new graduates with thin experience.
The pattern I didn't expect: most people try a vibe filter first (usually Gen Z or Male Energy), laugh, screenshot it for their group chat, then come back and use a strategic filter for the resume they actually submit.
Built with Next.js and Claude. Your resume is parsed in-browser and sent directly to the AI for rewriting. Nothing is stored on our servers.
First remix is free. Unlimited is $5 one-time (not $29/month like the other resume tools, we just need to cover our model costs).
Which filter should I add next?
