We've conducted 9000+ user conversations, and here's what we've seen: - Engagement rates up to 19% (customers self-report 1-4% engagement rates with surveys) - Customers see 3-10x the amount of data compared to traditional surveys We're working on gathering more metrics, and right now we're seeing a variety of issues uncovered from our tool's qualitative data: - Discovering new user segments or sub-segments - Finding UX issues or bugs - Identifying how someone experienced your aha moment - Identifying how the user believes your app is positioned (based on the marketing/onboarding they've seen up to that point in time)
