Hey Product Hunt community! šŸ‘‹ Let's be honest, dealing with user-facing bugs can be a real headache. 🤯 You know the drill: asking for screenshots, handling those vague "X doesn't work" complaints, and endless back-and-forth questions just to figure out what went wrong. Enter ReportBug! I'm Krste, and along with @lanzone31, we built ReportBug to simplify bug reporting for your users. šŸš€ With ReportBug: 🌟 Skip the screenshots. Your users record their screen, and report bugs in seconds. 🌟 Forget requesting logs. Technical info is auto-collected (logs, network requests, user, and environment data). 🌟 Eliminate back-and-forth. Receive complete, standardized bug reports inside your Notion database. Fix annoying bugs 2x quicker, no questions asked. Start today! It's free forever, and it takes less than 3 mins to get started.

At first I thought this was a tool like jam.dev but then I realized it's more customer-centric. As a fellow bug-hunter who wants to kill bugs in production, I truly support this launch! Amen ![wololo]()

@orliesaurus Exactly! After dealing with the day-in and day-out of, 'Hey, X doesn't work'... Here we are šŸš€

Funny & really appropriate meme! @orliesaurus It's impossible to prevent and catch all bugs before releasing. Actually, adding too many tests will slow down your releases, giving your competitors a head start. And is it really worth adding that end-to-end test for that rare bug that might appear in an extremely rare edge case?

I like that you use notion as the end-point / dash. Did you consider using slack as endpoint? What was the reasoning for using notion?
Krste Rajchevski
Hey there @eonpilot. Thanks for the question. We're big fans of Notion, and you can use it to track the status, assign a dev to fix it, and collaborate together to fix it. With Slack you only have the collaboration part. We offer a more extensive version with Bugpilot(https://www.bugpilot.io/), where we provide automatic bug detection, Session Replays, Bug Tracker, integrations with help desks, Slack etc.

@krste_rajchevski Quick question. Does bug pilot provide open source sdk?
Krste Rajchevski
@eonpilot Thank you for your question. At this moment, the SDK is a part of our payed offer.

Really nice, frictionless UX! I just wish I could connect the bug reporting to Trello instead of Notion. Are you guys thinking of adding Trello?

And it's free, it takes 1 minute to add, and doesn't slow down your app 🌻

This is super useful, how many times I needed that the users are able to report my app bugs easier. Congrats on the launch
