Please don't take this the wrong way but "this is awesome" comments don't really add to the conversation. What do you like about Rendeevoo, @gmacdoo, @mnlfrgr, @mronawaz? We've seen so many products in this space and I'm having a hard time understanding how this is much different.
@gmacdoo@mnlfrgr@mronawaz@rrhoover I like the fact this one puts emphasis on the bar - they handpick the places you can use in conjunction with the app, so the invitee can feel safer in the knowledge that it's a 'verified' location.

@gmacdoo@mnlfrgr@rrhoover@riaface I think it takes some of the anxiety out of having to pick somewhere "cool" to go.
Also when you think about modern dating, the first meeting always take place in a bar, so the focus is on the offline experience, rather the online "chat" which can be quite trivial and shallow.
There is a directness that I really like, it feels more real, "Do you want to grab a drink here?"
Currently only available for East London, but I think this looks cool - it strips away all the to-ing and fro-ing that can come with arranging a first date and gets straight to the nitty gritty. If it doesn't work out, you've not wasted much time and can just go for a drink with someone else!

This is pretty cool! Wish I had something like this when I was single....
@rrhoover you're right. What I really like about Rendevoo is the fact that it cuts all the unnecessary things such as awkward conversations. Straight to the point and real people. I think is great because it's such a simple concept.
