remoty.work scores every remote job listing A-F using 14+ quality signals: pay transparency, legitimacy, freshness, real remote-friendliness. Of 10,133 listings scored, only 23 made an A. The model is a work in progress, improving weekly. We also run a human-in-the-loop process - actually applying to jobs and tracking outcomes - so scam/ghost-job flags are human-checked, not just algorithmic. Worldwide roles get their own filter. Daily picks on Telegram, weekly digest every Monday.

honestly the grading system is pretty clever, basically turns a messy job hunt into something you can scan quickly. kind of surprised only 23 listings got an A though, makes you realize how rough the market really is.
@necdet644676 Yep, I was shocked to say the list. To confirm the system didn't trip, I was forced to start applying myself and saw wonders. To be honest, I added few other labels and flags on some jobs just because I couldn't figure out whether A to F will be fair to them. Like Toptal and Proxify. They are real before, but now, they don't accept candidates. Because their talents to clients ration is at its peak.
However, Toptal at least tells you you can't apply right now, return later. But Proxify give you hope and forms to fill. Few days after, they send you an apology saying that we have enough talents?
So I added "ads only" meaning this is just an ads for them. They don't actually mean to hire at the moment.
would love a saved-search feature that pings me when new A or B listings land in my field, ideally with a location-salary slider so I can set a realistic floor before the alerts start.
@necdet615225 That's cool it's coming your way as soon as possible :)
love the grading approach, and the human-checked scam flagging is a smart touch. one thing that would help me a lot: let me save searches with custom filters (like "remote EU only, A or B grade, posted in last 7 days") and get a weekly alert when new matches hit. right now i have to re-run the same queries by hand. a saved-search email or rss feed would make this a daily-use tool for me instead of something i check occasionally.
@muhammetmijyo8 Never thought of it, We will look study this and implement it.
love that you actually apply to the jobs yourselves to verify scam flags instead of just trusting the algorithm. that's a level of human-in-the-loop most scoring sites skip.
@hikmetjocl We are going to open this option to our visitors as well and it maybe a paid gig for them. Make money while you are looking for your dream job.
