remoty.work scores every remote job listing A-F using 14+ quality signals: pay transparency, legitimacy, freshness, real remote-friendliness. Of 10,133 listings scored, only 23 made an A. The model is a work in progress, improving weekly. We also run a human-in-the-loop process - actually applying to jobs and tracking outcomes - so scam/ghost-job flags are human-checked, not just algorithmic. Worldwide roles get their own filter.
