Hey Product Hunt! I'm Amon, maker of Remote Mac.
This started as a personal itch. I'd kick off a long Claude Code session, walk away to make coffee or lie on the couch, and the agent would stop to ask me a question. Walking back to the desk every time felt ridiculous. I wanted to pull out my phone, read the terminal, answer, and get back to my coffee.
So I built it. Remote Mac turns your iPhone into a trackpad, keyboard, and live screen for your Mac:
Live screen mirroring with Mac audio, low-latency enough to actually work on
A full trackpad and keyboard, with a shortcuts rail for the keys iOS hides
VR mode: hold up your phone and look around a big virtual desktop by moving it. Sounds like a gimmick until you try it lying down.
Free on your home Wi-Fi. Connecting over the internet when you're away is the premium bit (subscription or one-time lifetime), with a free trial so you can test it from a cafe first
Encrypted in transit on both paths.
